Description:

Our programme ensures school staff and governors have access to all statutory and recommended training and be compliant with local and national guidance. We offer continuing professional development (CPD) in leadership, teaching, learning and practice as part of our service level agreement (SLA) offer.

Additional / buy back services 
  1. Schools have the option to participate in the Ealing training and professional development central programme through a pay as you go (PAYG) method at the standard rates or by opting for an annual service level agreement (SLA).
  2. Schools under the SLA can benefit from substantial savings in both attendance and administrative costs. Additionally, where available discounts on accredited and commissioned programmes.
  3. Schools subscribing to the Ealing Learning Partnership (ELP) qualify for preferential rates.

New for 2024, our learning management system, Ealing CPD Online, will be upgraded to cater for all your training needs. This will encompass course bookings and tracking, event management, e-learning, training records, and much more. Additionally, a dedicated team of business support officers will offer guidance and information on your specific training needs and requirements.

Our programme includes networks and training tailored to support the professional development of a range of school groups and leaders, including:

The 2024/25 programme will see new and additional events and training opportunities, shaped through consultations with the ELP board and schools. These events will be conducted in person and/or virtually.
