Legal advice on employment matters – proposal for insurance scheme

In light of the changes made this year regarding legal services for schools and how they are charged, a proposal has been put together to establish a mutual or insurance scheme. This would run along similar lines to the long term sickness insurance scheme.

Effective Customer Services Course

This course aims to ensure that individuals are equipped with the skills and behaviours required to deliver exceptional customer service at all levels within your school and able to deal with all stakeholders (internal and external) effectively.
