Report from the 2009/10 consultation on whether or not to devolve band B and band C statemented money to schools

Following consultation, the local authority has reached the conclusion not to proceed with the devolution of band B and band C statemented money at this stage. Consultation will continue, to ensure we achieve the most effective and efficient use of funding for pupils with SEN.
