Classroom risk assessment tool

This tool allows classroom staff in any school to do a risk assessment quickly and easily. It does not apply to communal areas, eg corridors, to specialist classrooms such as laboratories or to activities such as sport or excursions.

Food in schools primary training: LAST CHANCE!

The 'foodinschools' primary training programme funding will come to an end in March 2011. Therefore we are putting on two training dates, to ensure primary schools in Ealing can benefit from this training before funding stops. The course provides practical training for teachers and teaching assistants about food and cooking in the primary curriculum.

Action required: Please pass to relevant teachers and your healthy school co-ordinators. Places are given on a first come first served basis. Please contact Jodie Stock no later than Friday 28 January 2011 to confirm your attendance.
