School reports

Local authority officers within the strategy and improvement service produce a comprehensive range of reports for each school, analysing, interpreting and presenting individual schools’ data to support school improvement. These reports are for use by school staff, governors and local authority officers.

These individual reports supplement nationally produced assessment tools such as the autumn package, the pupil achievement tracker (PAT), Assessment manager’s performance analysis tool, the performance tables and Ofsted PANDAs.

As of the 25th February there have been updates to virtually all the reports (details in this past few weeks corresponding gatekeeping).  To ensure that you are using the most up to date report, please download fresh copies from the egfl today.  The table below shows the dates on which updates were made to FSP and Key Stage reports:

18th November 2009: In light of the previous errors that have been reported we would like to apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate the time taken by schools to raise these queries and thank you for any feedback that was shared with us to enable us to improve our systems and practices. We appreciate that this is a busy time of year for all of you and we are working to ensure that any errors are minimized.

Please note however that any reports held within this webpage are provisional unless marked final on their front covers.  Provisional reports will therefore be subject to updating.
