The National Programme for Specialist Leaders in Behaviour and Attendance (NPSLBA) is the key CPD for all professionals in behaviour and attendance and is a portable DCSF qualification.
The NPSLBA launched in Ealing in November 2009 with a cohort of 35 LA and school leaders, teachers, mentors and professionals from stakeholders disciplines in four cluster groups.
The one-year programme will increase capacity in schools to:
The course is run at all levels of entry in school based, cross-borough and/or mixed professional cluster groups.
New clusters can begin at any time.
