Role-specific career development qualifications frameworks for administrative support staff/ school business managers have been developed for career progression. These maps identify where to find accredited training locally and are intended to support individuals when considering career progression and support both reviewers and reviewees in performance management in terms of CPD and career development.

basic skills level 2 in numeracy and literacy, intensive numeracy
and literacy level 2 and
support work in schools (SWiS) level 2 and a
range of CPD and training as listed in the
