Career development qualifications framework
Role-specific career development qualifications frameworks for site staff have been developed for career progression. These maps identify where to find accredited training locally and are intended to support individuals when considering career progression and support both reviewers and reviewees in performance management in terms of CPD and career development.

All school support staff can access the DCSF induction course, basic skills level 2 in numeracy and literacy, intensive numeracy and literacey level 2 and support work in schools (SWiS) level 2 and a range of CPD and training as listed in the Ealing's central training and development programme.
