SIMS 2012 spring release

The current version of SIMS is 7.144, This version includes the functionalities to complete the school census summer 2012 return as well as the wizards for end of keys stage assessments and the may background report definition.

Error 2500 – summer school census

This error appears in your return where a pupil has joined the school after the attendance collection period. Capita will be providing a fileset shortly to deal with this issue along with further changes we have not yet been informed of by the DfE.

Please keep an eye out on this page for an update relating to the fileset to be imported into SIMS.net, in the meantime please ignore error 2500 when carrying out dry runs of your census.

SIMS documentation centre

The documentation centre can be accessed by clicking on the documentation button on the SIMS home page and once launched, provides access to all the documentation stored on your workstation and the SIMS server. Access is therefore provided to handbooks, quick reference sheets, mini guides together with the reporting catalogue and year books.
