Teachers’ performance management policy and classroom observation protocols

The model performance management policy for schools is intended to help schools draft their own performance management policies by setting out what are considered the key points. It also includes a classroom observation protocol. This model policy should be read in conjunction with the regulations and the guidance. The model performance mangement policy is available on the TDA website.
