Policy statement on the recruitment of ex-offenders (word)
The CRB requires individuals or organisations have a policy statement on the recruitment of ex-offenders. Schools HR have updated the policy statement we recommend to schools to meet the requirements of the CRB. We recommend that you formally adopt this policy statement as part of your agreed recruitment policy.
