The SEAL steering group have recently produced a SEAL monitoring guidance booklet (pdf) for all schools. The guide is for schools to use to support their assessment of the impact that the SEAL resource is having in school and on individual pupils. Please also check the SEAL poster (pdf) to help schools check their progress and evaluate performance for their self evaluation form.
The steering group is responsible for the rollout of the SEAL materials in the primary schools also provides the necessary support to ensure that schools rollout the materials effectively. The group comprises members from educational psychology service; the school improvement team (Healthy Schools, Special Educational Needs and Extended Schools ); behaviour services and school staff.
