2006/07 SEAL rollout timetable

Date/period	Task
October-November 2006	One to two hour meeting to introduce materials, discuss rollout and implementation issues. Aimed at headteachers and PSHE co-ordinators or equivalent.
January–February 2007	One day training for those responsible for implementation of materials in their school: getting to know the materials in detail, planning and sharing ideas for implementation.
March-September 2007	Timetabling of rollout. All staff get on board and familiar with materials with aim of full rollout in September 2007.
September 2007	Introduction of SEAL materials to phase 3 schools.
