USO OpenCheck service
We are asking all Ealing schools to sign up to OpenCheck, a quick and efficient method of checking online for information on any temporary school closures across the borough.
To access the information parents and carers just need to choose 'check school status' link on the right. Coloured pointers mark the school's status and by hovering over the individual school pointer visitors will be able to see the school details and any closure information.
School staff can update the status of their school from any location with internet access.
Schools can provide parents and carers with details on how to access the information by phone if they are not able to check online.
This link is a welcome and efficient addition to our schools' communications network. This will be of enormous value during times of bad weather or unexpected emergency incidents. Parents, carers and staff will be able find out at the click of a button whether their school is open for pupils to continue learning.
