Leadership visit to Denmark
In recent leadership conferences and seminars, Ealing leaders have been highly engaged in the models of change leadership and learning transformation presented by LOOP, a Danish consultancy offering strategic guidance to schools.
Following two extremely thought-provoking presentations by Niels Alstrup and Hanna Bohn Vinkel, and the interest shown by Ealing leaders in exploring Danish approaches, we organised a leadership visit to Denmark. This visit took place in November 2009.
