Ealing's Big Learning Conversation

Developing tools for leading learning across Ealing.

What do we mean by a learning conversation?

Can you get better at learning itself? Can you develop your capacity to learn? If you listed all the skills of being a good learner: what would they be?  Can we teach in a way that encourages students to be better learners? What does this mean for adult learning? 

Under the title of Ealing's Big Learning Conversation we have tried to develop tools and practices which help all of us to engage in the big questions about learning.  The Big Learning Conversation is in fact thousands of conversations which are happening within and between schools, in classrooms and staffrooms, and even with those outside the borough.
