Instrument hire

Pick-Up or Exchange

Instruments can only be collected or exchanged on Mondays, 9.30am-3pm and Wednesdays, 10.30am-5.45pm during term time.

Returns

Instruments can be returned Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Please note that instruments can only be issued by our instrument technician who is here on the above specified days. If you come to collect an instrument outside of these, you will not be issued an instrument.

Only parents or legal guardians will be issued with an instrument. This is Council policy, as you will have to sign and enter into a legally binding hire agreement.

We can only issue instruments to other adults if the parent/legal guardian is registered disabled. Please contact the office to tell us about your circumstances.

Hire is available to pupils learning through the Music Service at the low rate of £12 per term which is payable to the school. Instruments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, although priority is given to new learners.
