Ethnic minority achievement (EMA)

"Clearly initiatives to tackle the underachievement of specific groups need to address all who are impicated in their learning, including the young people themselves and their parents. Teachers and school managers need to address their own attitudes, expectations, and wider issues relating to the organisation of teaching and learning." - Runnymede Trust 1998.

Some parts of this EMA section have been moved to Ealing's ICT room on the London managed learning environment (MLE).
