Personal education plans (PEPs)

Personal Education Plans are an important part of the young person's care plan. They indicate the importance that Ealing places on the education of children and young people in care and should be drawn up by the school, the social worker and the carer, involving the young person whenever possible.

The following electronic templates should be used to prepare PEPs for looked after children.
