Description:

A joint initiative between Ealing Community Partners (CNWL/WLMHT) and Ealing Council, which joins up services for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities across health, education and social care children’s services.

Officers and practitioners are located in Carmelita House to enable co-ordinated and integrated service provision and to ensure that attending appointments, access to services and information is easier for families.

In addition to this, staff are based in the six special schools in the borough and staff link with mainstream schools where needed.
