Children's workforce strategy consultation

The children's workforce strategy, which is integral to the implementation of Ealing's Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP), is currently being updated for 2010-13.

The draft children's workforce strategy document (pdf) sets out the vision, priorities and objectives for further developing the children’s workforce in Ealing.

Partner organisations within the Children’s Trust are asked to incorporate the revised priorities and strategic objectives into their own strategies and plans.

Feedback

It is important that as many people as possible within the children’s workforce provide their feedback on the strategy document.

You can provide your feedback by completing the consultation document (word) and returning this by email to Julia Senior-Smith by Friday 21 May 2010.

All the responses will be summarised and presented, along with a revised final draft of the strategy, to the Ealing Children’s Trust Board on Thursday 10 June 2010.
