Updated iTrent manager guide

schools themselves through iTrent people manager .
- changes to hours
- pay scale changes
- producing contractual change letters
- extension of fixed term contracts
- leavers
- allowances – new and amending existing
- maternity
- paternity
- sickness
- other absence e.g. unpaid leave
- input of additional hours
