Get in a jam on Sunday

Sports Jam promises to be a fun-filled afternoon for all the family, giving you the chance to try out a multitude of new and exciting sports.

Sports Jam is your opportunity to:

try out new sports including football, basketball, athletics and field events, netball, cycling, tennis, cricket, boxercise, kayaking, rugby and more
watch demonstrations
meet sports stars:
- John Barnes (TV pundit, former club manager, ex professional footballer)
- Rachel Yankee MBE (footballer with Arsenal ladies)
- Josh Lewsey (England Rugby Union)
meet local sports clubs
take part in 7-9 a-side football tournaments for under 8s, 10s, 13s, 15s

Free goody bags will be available for all participants.

Venue: Gunnersbury Park, Popes Lane, Ealing, W5 4NE (entrance via popes lane)

Activities and events will take place in the Sports Jam zone next to the tennis courts (please follow signs from the entrance on Popes Lane).
