Ealing Learning Partnership

Curriculum development

The capacity for schools to lead a curriculum commission during Covid has been significantly reduced therefore a revised plan developed with the learning and achievement committee and cluster leads has been proposed.

Cluster leads are leading on initial development of curriculum plans in Art, History and MFL with further plans to follow over time.

Information, strategies and CPD information will be shared with schools to better understand variations in outcomes and priorities and accessing a wider range of opportunities to address these.

Curriculum development aims

  • Have a common bank of resources for curriculum that all schools contribute too and can see
  • Lead subject coordinators for quadrants showing best practice
  • Primary – Sharing Subject practice – join forces with secondary colleagues.
  • Joint research across schools.
