This conference aims to enable all colleagues who support the newly qualified teachers (NQTs) to be ready in September when taking the new cohort of NQTs.
Aimed at NQT induction managers and mentors – new and experienced, this professional development day will provide an opportunity to explore the principles, practice of NQT Induction and effective mentoring, as well as celebrating best practice in Ealing schools.
Guest speakers form the Chartered College of Teachers and other local authorities will also contribute to the event.
The programme will include a range of themes and activities as well as networking with other colleagues.
A file with useful resources will be available on the day.
