24 Aug 2017

The 2017 key stage two performance tables checking exercise enabling schools to check their data prior to publication in the 2017 DfE performance tables, will open on Thursday, 31 August. It runs from 9.30am Thursday, 31 August until 5pm Friday, 15 September 2017.

You will need to check your data and make any necessary amendments (including informing the DfE of any recent arrival pupils you would like removed from your published results) via the DfE school and college tables website by 5pm on Friday, 15 September 2017.

The DfE have also indicated in their guidance that they will again accept requests to remove any pupil who arrived in your school on or after the first day of the summer term (18 April), including those who came from other schools, so you may wish to submit any such pupils for removal as part of this exercise.

While many of you have informed us about your recent arrivals, we are unable to inform the DfE about them on your behalf.

You must inform the DfE via the tables checking site about any changes (including recent arrival removals) for them to be reflected in the published performance tables and ASP (Analyse School Performance) data.
