Save money on energy bills by turning down over Christmas

05 Dec 2018

Leaving the heating on at school over the Christmas holidays can typically increase annual energy costs by more than 5%. Be sure to change the heating settings before school closes for Christmas.

Using the correct holiday settings on your heating controls will ensure the building is not being unnecessarily heated, save your school money on your energy bill and keep carbon emissions down.

Do of course make sure that the frost and condensation protection is still kept on.

See Christmas closure guidance download below for more information.
