Schools are to confirm their top up/exceptional funding attached to each pupil.

Action for schools

Senior and bursarial staff at schools are requested to:

  • Check the pupil list and confirm which funding column is appropriate for the pupil or and state the exceptional funding the individual pupils receive, if applicable
  • Indicate if a child is no longer on the school's roll
  • Add information of pupils on roll but who are not featured on the spreadsheet, including their:
    • Full name
    • GP details
    • Parent(s) contact numbers and
    • Parent(s) name(s)
    • Home address
    • Date of birth.

Schools are to submit this information by Friday, 22 December 2017.

Ensure you are not making the information open to others as it may put individuals and organisations at risk.
