We are delighted to invite you to an exciting and collaborative new event taking place on Thursday 5 June at Perceval House, conference room 1st Floor.
The first safeguarding multidisciplinary case study forum is designed specifically for designated safeguarding leads (DSLs), social workers, healthcare practitioners and teachers.
About the event
This interactive event will offer a unique space for cross-sector professionals to engage in real-world case study discussions, enhancing our collective understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and limitations we each hold.
Through open dialogue and shared learning, we aim to:
- Strengthen partnership working
- Increase professional awareness and understanding
- Explore effective solutions to common challenges
- Build a stronger, more integrated support network for the children and families we serve
Sinead and I have co-ordinated this with Jill Pearce from social care training. We hope this forum will provide dedicated time, space, and opportunity to listen, discuss and share your concerns about using and accessing all parts of the systems to safeguard children. Your voice and expertise are vital to the conversation and we look forward to your valuable contributions.
Whether you are looking to share insights, explore best practice, or simply connect with others in your field, your participation is essential to the success of this event.
We hope to see you there!
