Capita SIMS - Capita support service 2018/19

This service is available for Academies, Maintained schools and Other schools and settings


ICT support for computer networks and the SIMS package.

Financial year 2018/19

Capita SIMS Ltd are providers of school specific software and provide support services as an extension of that provision.

Additional / buy back services 
  • Whole school ICT support service - includes regular onsite visits from a Capita engineer plus access to helpdesk services support for both SIMS and the admin and curriculum networks is included in this service
  • Support for SIMS - telephone and onsite as required
  • Support for school curriculum and management networks - telephone and onsite as required
  • Various other services including ICT training and consultancy and hardware and software support for stand alone computers.
Office hours:

Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6pm.

Planned improvements:

Ongoing process of continued service improvement.
