Courier service to schools 2017/18

This service is available for Academies and Maintained schools

Description:

To provide a competitively priced weekly courier service between Ealing Council and its schools. Mail is delivered to and collected from each school every Wednesday.

A secure, reliable and competitively priced delivery service between schools and the council, including secure delivery of items to leisure and community centres and libraries via the council's post room in Perceval House.

Additional / buy back services 

From 1 November 2017, schools that have bought in to the chargeable service will have their mail delivered and collected every Wednesday.

Here is a list of schools that have committed to the school courier service.

  • The contract with Excel Group Services allows for schools to use the courier service for other journeys at a discounted rate.
  • Contact the post team for details and costs (see additional contact information section below).
Office hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Planned improvements:

Ongoing process of continued service improvement.
