Bloom: Free mental health resilience workshops
Free mental health resilience workshops for students and training for staff available in Ealing
National charity partnership Mental Health UK are offering free workshops for students and fully funded training for teachers in Bloom, their mental resilience training programme for 14-18 year olds.
Designed in close consultation with young people and teachers, Bloom offers a legacy by empowering teachers to continue delivering the programme into the future. So far, 3,000 teachers have been trained across the UK and 200,000 young people have been supported through the programme.
Training options include Elearning modules and Zoom training via Bloom on Clic and half day face to face training in schools. Participating teachers receive a CPD certificate and all resources for the programme.
Bloom also offers one-off student workshops on a range of topics and an 8 week face to face programme of co-delivery, in which Mental Health UK trainers train staff then work with them to jointly deliver weekly workshops to students. All are fully funded and thus free to participating schools. For more information, please get in touch at the email below.

It is a guide for mental health leads in schools to help them develop a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. The toolkit provides an easy to follow seven step process which includes practice examples, resources and measuring tools to help schools address and promote mental health across the whole school community.
Before using the toolkit, please register your mental health lead by contacting Stacey.
