Premises logbook

Welcome to the Premises Logbook pages on the Ealing Grid for Learning. Here you will be able to download all the pages and templates from the Premises Logbook issued to your school.

Where necessary pages are available in MS Word/Excel format to allow schools to make logbook pages school specific.

As some of the documents include hyperlinks to websites etc., it would be advisable to download these pages for ease of use.

The logbook is a living document and will evolve over time. As legislation changes, additional or amended pages may have to be published.
