Key stage two transfer data summary 2018
02 Sep 2019
The schools research and data team have produced the 2019 key stage 2 (KS2) transfer data summary for your school.
These are available for you to access via your school page under 'school reports 2019/20'. You will need to log in (see EGfL user account below) to view this information.
About the data
The KS2 transfer data is based on an extract taken from the admissions database on the 6 August 2019 (based on those children who have accepted a place or who are holding an offer on that date) and the provisional KS2 test data released by the DfE in July 2019. It provides KS2 test and teacher assessment data (including scaled scores) for your new year sevens as an individual pupil table and as an aggregated summary. It also provides the UPN for as many children as we could find on the key to success national database.
The aggregated figures are based on those children we have been able to match KS2 data for (from both in and out borough primary schools).
Pupils with missing results are either those who have come from overseas or independent schools, those who were not attending a primary school during SATs, or those from out borough primary schools who could not be found in the KS2 data with the UPN we have for them.
Please note that if there are pupils on the individual pupil list who have not ended up joining your school, you should delete them from this summary sheet. Deleting the entire row will update the aggregated table accordingly.
You can also search for the KS2 results for any additional pupils using a UPN search on NCA tools (GOV.UK). If you have any additional pupils not on the summary who join your year 7 you can insert a row into the spreadsheet (not at the bottom) to add these children and the aggregated table will also update automatically.
Please send any UPN requests for additional pupils to Jennifer Bull (details below).
