The schools performance and data team will upload your school's revised and final Key Stage 2 attainment report 2022/23 by the end of this week. Whilst we expect the reports to be available by Wednesday 28 February, please wait until the end of the week before contacting the team.

Schools can access the report via the 2022/23 reports section on your school page on the Ealing Grid for Learning (log-in required).

About the reports

The main difference between October's version 1.0 and February's version 2.0 is the finalised removal of all recent arrivals; now at school, borough and national level.

The content of these reports is consistent with those produced in 2022. The reports contain summary tables, over time performance graphs, borough-level comparison data, progress analysis in the form of scatter plots, pupil group analysis and an individual pupil report.

We apologise for the short delay in the production of these reports vs. original predictions. Pupil data was only made available to the LA at the very end of last month.

Data protection of confidential information

When you download information which has been password protected on the EGfL you are agreeing to take responsibility for what happens to that information next and its security. Elements of this report include pupil-level and sensitive information. Please do not share without consideration.

In short: never share your user account details, always log out, never leave personal data unattended and use secure equipment (ie secure encrypted devices)

If you pass that information on to appropriate other people you must do so via secure systems – eg Egress or S2S.
