The 2019 key stage 4 and 16-18 performance tables checking exercise enabling schools to check their data prior to publication in the 2019 performance tables, opened on Thursday 26 September.

You need to check your data and submit any necessary amendments (with evidence, where required) via the DfE school and college tables website by 5pm, Thursday 10 October 2019.

Please note, amendments to key stage 4 data made via the checking exercise will not be reflected in the provisional performance tables published in October 2019.

As you may be aware, a significant number of Pearson BTEC results were not included in the initial datasets. The DfE have now uploaded these missing results and will be updating headline measures imminently. This will affect progress 8 scores for all schools (even those without any BTEC students) as it is a relative measure. It is these reissued figures that will be published in the provisional performance tables in October.
