itrent available on personal laptop, tablet and smartphone

Dear Colleagues,

As part of the drive to improve access to iTrent, HR & OD have now rolled out mobile functionality. This means that you can now access iTrent via personal devices including personal laptops, smartphones and tablets at any time.

Single sign on ends

In order to fully utilise this functionality, the decision has been made to remove iTrent from Single Sign On for corporate staff that access iTrent via the Ealing ICT network. This way, staff will be able to access iTrent on their personal devices with the same username and password.

From 01 April 2021, you will no longer be automatically signed into iTrent. If you have forgotten or do not know your password, please email or telephone 020-8825-9000 for a password reset.

Reset your itrent password

For staff that do know their password, you will be required to reset your password and enter password recovery information at the next log in. Please see attached for information on how to enter the required information.

Your itrent username

Usernames will remain the same which is your 7 digit employee number. This can be found on your payslip. Please can you download your March 2021 payslip and make a note of your employee number as this will enable the iTrent team to quickly assist with any issues.

Submitting time and expense claims

Please note that from 01 April 2021, when submitting time and expenses claims, you will be required to enter your iTrent password again at the point of submission. This certifies that the submission is valid and accurate.

Update password every 60 days

Finally, to ensure that you continue to have access to iTrent and be able to submit requests for annual leave and expenses, you will be required to update your password every 60 days in line with Ealing ICT policy.
