Ealing Cares app for care leavers

Ealing Council's app to support their care experienced young people by helping them with their transition to adulthood and independence.

Care leavers have designed the app specifically for those who are currently or who have experienced care in Ealing. It is accessible and has a wide range of languages for those who don’t have English as a first language.

The App provides 24/7 access to useful information and advice on topics such as money, housing and relationships as well as local events and activities and contact details for helpful organisations.
