Capita SIMS - Capita support service 2017/18
This service is available for Academies, Maintained schools and Other schools and settings
ICT support for computer networks and the SIMS package.
Capita SIMS Ltd are providers of school specific software and provide support services as an extension of that provision.
- Whole school ICT support service - includes regular onsite visits from a Capita engineer plus access to helpdesk services support for both SIMS and the admin and curriculum networks is included in this service
- Support for SIMS - telephone and onsite as required
- Support for school curriculum and management networks - telephone and onsite as required
- Various other services including ICT training and consultancy and hardware and software support for stand alone computers.
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6pm.
Ongoing process of continued service improvement.
