Creating wildlife areas and nature management 2018/19
This service is available for Academies and Maintained schools
Park rangers assist with nature management and create wildlife areas while engaging with children of all ages.
The Park Rangers are experienced in nature conservation and engagement with all ages. They can help turn an overgrown patch into an asset of educational value.
Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Ongoing process of continued service improvement.
- Setting up forest school sites, conservation areas, school gardens, vegetable patches, and orchard planting
- Minor tree work
- Tree planting
- Pond and wetland advice
- Wildlife habitat creation
- Bird and bat box installation
- Invasive weed control
