ILM level 2 and 3 qualifications in leadership and management

The ELP business committee is pleased to launch the below qualification programmes, suitable for team leaders and those aspiring to leadership roles. This is part of supporting ‘growing our own’ initiative to support staff to access qualifications:

• supporting staff with their current roles
• enabling opportunities to secure future roles in our schools
• offering pathways to access higher level qualifications.

ILM level 2 award qualification in leadership and team skills

• 4 sessions of 3 hour duration
• You willl need to attend all 4 sessions and complete assignments to be assessed for the qualification award
• The cost for the level 2 per delegate is £595 – discount price for ELP Schools is £475.

ILM level 3 award qualification in leadership and management

• 4 sessions of 3 hour duration
• You must be able to commit to attending all 4 session dates
• The cost for the level 3 per delegate is £695 – discount price for ELP Schools is £555.

Benefits

The benefits of our ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management ) programmes are:

• The sessions are face to face enabling opportunity to meet /work with others from Ealing/local schools and share experiences
• Start dates February (2024) and the courses will complete in June 2024
• There will be a max number (6-8 people) in each cohort to allow for focused 1-1 support as needed
• You will have access to speak with your tutor/s at every session to support you through the process and your assignments and access via email
• Your tutors (Noella and Nigel) will remain the same throughout the course so you can get to know them and vice versa
• Your tutors have worked with Ealing for many years and have excellent credentials to get you successfully through the course
• The sessions will be held at the Ealing Education Centre so easy accessibility. Each taught session (4 sessions) will be 3 hours duration (morning 10-1pm)
• All learner will have 12 months membership of ILM included and can access the library of resources the ILM has to support you
• On successful completion of the whole course, participants will receive a Level 2 or Level qualification, this is an internationally recognised qualification
• The course is subsidised by ELP so that we can grow opportunities for our staff to access leadership qualifications and become more confident skilled leaders in their current roles or go on to higher level qualifications/ more senior roles.
