Forest School activities for May half term

Forest School and stories

Children aged six to 11 years are invited to be dropped off at this exciting session of stories and Forest School.

We will spend the first part of the session listening to the captivating story of Baba Yaga, told by storyteller and musician Natasha Picard. In the second half we will take inspiration from the environment around us to create our own stories to perform.

Location: Lammas Orchard Garden

Time: 10.30am - 1.30pm
Cost: £10 per child.

Forest School family taster session

Join us for tea and cake around the fire, den building, natural craft, foraging, fire making, games and much more.

Location: Lammas Orchard Garden
Date: Thursday, 31 May 2018
Time: 11am - 1.30pm
Cost: Adult £10 / child £5.

Drinks and snacks provided.

Dusk Forest School

Children ages 7-11 can be dropped off for this very special Forest School session. Parents can join us after the session for a bat walk around Walpole Park.

Forest School activities include, bat inspired games, watching the sun go down, planting night scented flowers to help bats, fire lighting, making lanterns.

Location: Lammas Orchard Garden and Walpole Park
Date: Thursday, 31 May 2018
Times: Forest School: 7 - 9pm / bat walk: 9 - 10pm
Cost: Forest School session: £15 per child / bat walk: Free for parents.
