Update to leaver notification form on Gateway

In response to feedback we have made a small change to the Leaver Notification form on Gateway to provide more options of destination education provision.

School can now either provide:

• The details of the pupil's new school
• Confirmation the school have evidence that the pupil has an application submitted to their new Local Authority or County Council
• Confirmation that the pupil has been withdrawn to be electively home educated
• The date the pupil was referred to CME if you do not have any of the above
