Race equality in schools survey 2025

09 Jul 2025

In response to the Ealing Race Equality Commission’s call to action, schools across the borough have been focusing on race equality and in particular closing the gap in achievement for Black Caribbean, White and Black Caribbean and Somali pupils.

We are asked to report directly to the Race Equality Citizens’ Tribunal on the engagement of schools in our programmes of work and on the impact that dedicated school leadership is having in meeting our pledge to achieve better outcomes for our focus groups of pupils.

To capture the progress of our collaborative work around race equality, we ask every headteacher to complete a race equality in schools survey. The results of the survey will be used to celebrate the collective progress made since 2022 and to shape the programme going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.

To complete the survey, check your emails for the reminder sent today, Thusday 10 July 2025.
