Children missing out on education reminder

Schools are reminded to update Children Missing Out on Education (CMOE) plans for all pupils who were:

• on reduced timetables
• accessing distance learning from home (e.g. Academy 21, EdClass)
• attending an alternative provision alongside their main provision last year

Plans must be updated at least every six weeks.
If a pupil’s plan has ended, please notify us via Gateway.

If you are implementing new plans for any pupils, please ensure a new notification form is completed straight away.
