ELP's level 2 careers fair 2025 a success!

Following on from last years success, the level 2 careers fair, developed and supported by ELPs progression and pathways committee, took place on 19 June at Trailfinders in West Ealing.
The event:
- showcased the opportunities available for Ealing students in Years 10 and 11
- highlighted pathways for study and training up to Level 2.
The fair was nothing short of spectacular, featuring 10 exhibitors from colleges, training providers, and employers, all eager to share what they could offer. Building on last year, the event was attended by several high schools, special schools, independent community organisation and independent SEND schools with:
- 250 students supported by school staff
- 29 students accompanied by parents or attending independently
- 7 independent parents/carers
- 97 professionals
Evaluations are currently being gathered and feedback at the event is overwhelmingly positive. Attendees praised the event, stating:
"Students found the information useful for their summer research."

"Exhibitors were quality and had engaging conversations with students."
The feedback highlights the effort and dedication put into making this year's fair a phenomenal success. The tireless work and commitment to excellence have undoubtedly made a significant impact on the students and their future pathways.
