Early transfer form 2024-25 primary to secondary

Your 2024/25 academic year early transfer form (ETF) is now available to high schools on your EGfL school page.

As a reminder, this version 1.0 report will be updated over the summer to include key stage 2 assessment data. Furthermore, your school's final Year 7 pupil intake may change over the next few months and any admission changes will also be reflected in the next version of the ETF.

How do I get access to school reports?

An EGfL user account is required to view school reports. Register for an EGfL user account.

* Your headteacher needs to give their permission to grant you access to school reports. So, please ask them to email egflwebteam@ealing.gov.uk to confim this.

About the report

This early transfer form is populated using the Year 6 pupil details from the spring school census (for children in Ealing primary schools) and additional other agency information where available.

Information on Y6 students who are currently in primary schools in other boroughs is also included where it has been provided by neighbouring local authorities or from the census where we have been able to match this information in using Get Information About Pupils (GIAP).
