Is your school using a separate application form to fill a vacancy?
If so, please could you add this sentence at the end of your application form to assist with monitoring recruitment?
The applicant will be taken to a short survey asking them:
- how they found out about the vacancy
- what the job title of the post they are applying for and
- the name of the school where the vacancy is.

If your vacancy is being advertised on a website, please do ask the provider to add the sentence.
The survey had already been added to Ealling's application form, including the two-part version.
