Join the Descendants Charity this October half term for a Black History project.

Dates: Tuesday 28 - Thursday 30 October 2025
Time: 11am - 3pm
Location: Acton Gardens Community Centre, W3 8UU
Costs: £5 a day, £10 for 3 days

Featuring art and crafts, dance, health and wellbeing and prizes. For children aged 6 - 14 years.

New Year, New Me – Autumn Term 1
This term, our “New Year, New Me” project will focus on confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Students will explore positive affirmations (“I am, I can, I will”), goal setting, and developing a growth mindset.

Children will learn to speak positively about themselves, recognise strengths and weaknesses, support one another, and build confidence in asking for help.

We’ll also encourage healthy habits such as reducing screen time, keeping their minds active, and trying new experiences.
