The Daily Mile Toolkit
The Ealing Daily Mile Toolkit includes letter templates, flyers and a ‘how to guide’ to setting up the Daily Mile. For a copy of the toolkit, email Nicole.

For information on STARS accreditation, school travel plans, walking and cycling initiatives, PlayStreets, Ealing junior travel ambassadors, and a wide range of resources to help get your pupils more active on their journey to school, visit the Ealing School Travel team’s webpages.

Change4Life 10 minute shake up
Keep kids active during the day for 10 minutes with Change4Life 10 minute shake up games inspired by Disney films.

Change4Life Sports Clubs (NHS website)
Change4Life Sports Clubs aim to engage less-active children in physical activity and school sport. Schools can use their sport funding to set up a Change4Life Sports Club in their area.

Youth Sports Trust website
Lists a range of sport programmes available to schools, including some free programmes.

Fit4Sport website
Fit4Sport upskill school staff through training courses to improve PE, they provide programmes, tools and resources, deliver fully inclusive PE and school sports and offer structured and fun activities during play times.
